The unique combination of juicy sultanas, zesty orange and sweet carrot makes for a delicious, moist and moreish cake that you won't find anywhere else.
This unique recipe was developed by our own Nia Williams as part of her Foundation Degree in Food Science and Technology at Cardiff Metropolitan University, under a sponsorship scheme for those working in the food industry in Wales.

Ingredients:
WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Water, Sultanas (12.2%), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Palm), Orange Fruit Bits (7.9%) [Orange Peel, Concentrated Orange Juice, Orange Oil, Colours (Paprika Extract, Algal Carotenes), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)], Dried Carrot (2%), Humectant (Glycerine), Whole EGG Powder, Dextrose, Raising Agents (Potassium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Dried EGG White, Salt, WHEAT Gluten, Spices, Emulsifier (Mono & Di Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Whey Solids (MILK). May contain traces of SOYA.
