Our version of this classic cake uses real ground ginger for an unmistakably warm and spicy kick of flavour. The superb texture and slightly sticky crust from the golden syrup and black treacle makes a great compliment to any teatime break, and is beautiful served warm with crème fresh.
No artificial colouring or flavourings are used in the making of this product.
Sizes: Small (270g) & Large (550g)
Nut-free product – maintaining the bakery as a nut-free environment.
Shelf life: Ambient – 7 weeks.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
