A moist and refreshing cake with a real tang of lemons.

With its light and refreshing citrus taste, it's ideal with a cup of tea on a warm summer's day.

No artificial colouring or flavourings are used in the making of this product.

Nut-free product – maintaining the bakery as a nut-free environment. 

Shelf life:  Ambient – 7 weeks.

Storage:  Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.

WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice (0.6%)[Preservative (Potassium Metabisulphite)], Lemon Flavour (0.4%)[Nature Identical Flavouring Substances, Thickening Agent (Xanthan Gum), Citric Acid, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate)], Humectant (Glycerine), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Emulsifiers (Mono & Di Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, Polysorbate 60), Dried EGG White, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphate), EGG Yolk Powder, Whey Solids (MILK), Modified Maize Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Stabilisers (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Xanthan Gun, Guar Gum), Maltodextrin, Natural Flavouring.
